While writing this poem
Confusion kicked in
Didn’t know what to write
Where to start or begin
Right before I sat down
To express my emotions
I envisioned a white light
Illuminating the oceans
I was soaring above it
As if I had wings
I understood it to be
Divine light of all beings
The cause for existence
For the cosmos and mind
 Leaving secrets in shadows
For all species to find
Moving closer to see it
I awoke with a jolt
Awaken by thunder
And a bright lightning bolt
Ran inside with excitement
For this vision I had
As I sat down to write it
I forgot and got mad
I leaned back in frustration
Anxiety kicked in
I was thinking so deeply
My mind started to spin
I then closed my eyes
And again I saw light
My vision had come back
I now knew what to write
