Writer Or Poet To Be

Words from within, driven by their desire,
To free themselves from the cage they're kept.
Neither cold, direct or burning fire.
They need to be linked by fluid concept.

I have no words of wisdom to give.
As all far short in their written verse.
Thoughts once silent from moments you live,
Can be a blessing, can be a curse.

To be an artist, to paint with word.
Create a story to be felt when read.
The author's vision, in one's head is heard,
Assayed by their weight from scales in the head.

I'll share these thoughts and advice to you.
Whether a writer or a poet to be.
The words have been around, none are new,
It's how you free them, so more agree
