Writing poetry each day 
Keeps Alzheimer’s at bay.  
So exercise your brain.
And you will surely gain.

Don’t shun this exercise.
Now surely this is wise. 
Keep Alzheimer’s at bay, 
Write a poem every day.

I am not posting right now, Tony Hargreaves Date: 2/10/2025 1:51:00 PM Hi Darlene. So sorry to hear about your loss. We had a cat called Meg but she had kidney failure and had to be put down. It was such a sad moment for our family but she was suffering. I burried her in the garden beneath the tree where she loved to snooze. We all have fond memories of her. She was a rescue cat from RSPCA. Yes, I try to write a poem each day. Take care and best wishes. Tony.
