Would You Rescue Me
If I fell, into my mind's own abyss,
Would you rescue me, with your searing kiss?
If I wandered and I lost my way,
Would you rescue me; with the loving words you say?
If I was threatened, if you could see my fears,
Would you rescue me and wipe away my tears?
If I was in pain, from a broken heart,
Would you rescue me, with love right from the start?
