Would You Like One Lump Or Two

<                                               Only one
                                              Mastoid  begun  

                                               Behind  left ear
                                               Boy  did it appear

                                                 Mom freaked
                                                Dr. she seeked

                                            Thought it was mumps
                                             But was a larger bump

                                                  Fead me pickle
                                              Didn't and wasn't fickle

                                                 That's all I know
                                                 From 50 years ago

                                             So Check newborn ears
                                   For ungodly lumps that suddenly appears
