Would You?

If I told you I was lonely
Would you walk a mile with me?
If I told you I was hungry
Would you give me food to eat?

If I told you I was weary
Would you offer me a bed?
If I told you of my sorrow
Would you wipe the tears I shed

If I told you I was hurting
Would you remember me in prayer?
If I told you I am worthless
Would you tell me that you care

If I told you I was fearful
Would you come sit by my side?
If I told you I was sightless
Would you be my humble guide?

If I told you I was Jesus
Would it make any difference at all?
Or would you still ignore Me?
And refuse to hear My Call
