Worthy Mountains

I think of mountains moved and souls crushed
I think of hurdles cleared and dreams rushed

I think of battles won and the lives that were lost
I think of the first exhale on a cold winter night and all the intentions seized by frost

I ask am I worthy to reach the top?
I don't know, but it's better than staying here to rot
