Worthwhile Touch
Whilst light streams freely through space
Obstructing my sight, if only by mistake.
Radiating heat that pure love would give,
Tempting the touch of an unwavering embrace.
Harboring ideas from a happier moment
Waking memories of a life once lived.
How can I return to this place?
Inciting a flame I believe is still awake.
Lusting that moment I’m willing to take,
Enticing our love, yet in a simpler place.
Together we are meant to be,
Orbiting the earth as one in total serenity.
Understanding each others intimate beliefs
Cherishing our ideas of everlasting love
Happily on the wings of a dove.
