Worthless

Somewhere in a sound we lost our voice
Echo in the shade that took our choice
Subconscious bleeding light, the darkness squeezed
Thrown into a vice that feels our needs

Tell me when to stop, I’ll step away
But I saw it in your eyes, it paved my way
Dying for a word the dead man speaks
Spiritual herds create and seek

Lifeblood of the earth, we stand so tall
Killing other cells so we can fall
So many of us now, it’s hard to see
The crowds will push away, but some still seek

Answers, truth, inner youth
All so blind, some will find
All in you, without it’s through
We don’t mind, just make us blind

Finder of the day, deny the hole
Find something to say and lead the shoal
Keeper of the worms, you let us live
Bury us in lies but think you give

Terror, cries, empty sighs
Bring my crown, I have found
Horrify, we all die
No more sound, only downs
