World Mental Health Day

In the morning, the first rays of sunlight,
Broken hearts healing, fears taking flight.
As we open our eyes to a beautiful sight,
Taking a rest, our bodies sleep all night.

With the excessive burden on your mind,
You have to self-care and still grind.
Mental health is not to be celebrated one day,
It is a daily work that brings peace our way.

Instead of using cell phones, take out a book,
Fascination and interest will make you look.
Today, let us honor our soul’s fight,
That fights daily, and still remains alright.

Let’s get to know about each other,
Telling our issues, not hiding our pain further.
Peace of mind will come when together we stand,
Rising together, bringing hope hand in hand.
