World Day of the Elderly

A summit, old age is,

That

Whoever, succeeds to ascend

The

Panorama of life, in all its glory,

Can see!*

A timely post, sire. My parents are both gone but I have a natural affinity with the older generation. Thank you for highlighting their role in our society. hugs!

Demetrios it is a special day to Honor our elderly brothers and sisters that we will someday be. My dad is 78 I will call him today. Your writing inspired me to do so. I call him several times a week he is vacationing in Florida. He is a wonderful father. I wish you a nice wonderful day my friend. You always bring joy to my heart.

- Good morning dear friend, Demertios :) - Yes, we have everything to thank the older generation for - Today there are many young people who do not "bothered" to go to work - they choose to go on welfare .... - I will be spend my day with my father today - will not be on "soup" before in the afternoon - Just say hello to you :) - A great poem, always a pleasure to read - I wish you a lovely day - hugs // Anne-Lise :)
