Working Around Others Schedules

I work on the schedule until my hands are blue with ink. Consulting with sixteen teachers so I can give a lesson to each. Will this time work? Could we squeeze your lesson in after lunch? Can we do a little lesson before you go to music? By two forty-five on Monday I had a little schedule for the week. Three emails and two phone calls later, I changed six of the class times. All changed after teachers had agreed to these times. I picked up the pen and began making adjustments. A surprise all school assembly was announced the second I finished. The pen snickered at me, but I had ceased to be amused.
