Work of Art

You said that it would be, a work of art that it would be, your favorite part Causing a spark, that would be dark Being a canvas in your world, through these years, which I adored has left me bitter, with a scorn, torn, & worn Now this forgotten scroll of paint, has slowly become your stain left in a corner only to haunt, like a bad painting, ripped apart a paintbrush you broke off never to wonder what may have been, only to commit an artistic sin A brand new start, with something new, with another heart, a different view A work of art! Another fool!
