To yourself every day
Please stop and consider
The impact that they make
If we can help plants thrive
By positive words of encouragement
Imagine how they'd affect us
Each and every moment
Be gentle with yourself
You deserve love and kindness
Our lives would be so much better
If we could put negativity behind us
