Words

Words can't bring you back so there is nothing more to say
To submit to this lonely existence is the price I choose to pay
If there was a way I could tell you the words deep in my heart
If there was a way I could turn back time to make us never part
But that cannot be done and once again you're gone
The memory of loosing you again lingers on
Holding on to those memories painful as then maybe
Are all I have left, all that was you and me
I keep searching for you in every face I see
Yet it will never be for that man is gone and
The myth is only what I made him to be
