What do words say
Just an idea in my head
Are they what you feel
Not what others have said
Words can help you
When you are feeling ill
They help you read
What's inside that pill
Words can hurt you
By saying nasty things
They can express a meaning
And see what sorrow it brings
Words can direct you
And even control your mind
By telling you what to do
And by leading you blind
So please be cautious by
All the words that you say
Use them all wisely
In this world of dismay
