Words

A word spoken in anger
can wound a tender heart.
So watch your words wisely,
before you break a life apart.

No one on earth is perfect,
so be careful what you say.
Every tear you create
might haunt you someday.

You've felt hurt before,
so it's time to stop the pain.
Two wrongs don't make a right,
for you lose more than you gain.

Words can be sharper
than a sword or knife,
but the most priceless gift
is the healing of a life.
