Word Player's Adventure
As I wake I realize today’s a new beginning, a
Day I can start a new word
Voyage into uncharted territories,
Enthusiasm abounds, as I leap out of bed, full of possibilities
Never slowing down, I
Take a peek at the notes I have taken of so many other poets’ works.
Uniquely spectacular words gallop toward me out of the pages.
Really now, isn’t this how
Every word player’s day should start?
