Lift up your heart
As love now starts
Give all you can
To understand
Live your best now
As truth endows
Act with clear will
To feel fine fill
The way is hard
For a true bard
Word mint fits pain
Now once again
Dare to be good
In any mood
The middle way
Fits night and day
Come away now
For why knows how
