As I sip my coffee, Taking the sunrise in Wondering if this will be the day, Jesus comes again Listen for the trumpet sound But silence surrounds Not this moment of my day When my feet won’t stay on the ground Then reality of the present Sent by Satan’s voice Enters my thoughts Taking away my choice I rebuked Satan in a firm stand I will listen for the call And you can’t trick me into sin "Pon Christ’s firm foundation I laid my all

Wonder If a Cup of Coffee on a Sunny Day Keeps the Devil at Bay And Trumpets Jesus is on his way Keep your feet on firm ground

Christopher, No the coffee doesn't keep the devil at bay but prayer and a relationship with Jesus is what will do the trick. He(the devil) is a sly old fox who comes in neatly packaged disguise looking like a good thing when it is a horrible nightmare in the end. Sara
