Wonder
We look,
we see,
we wonder!
I wonder.
I wonder
why
I’m here.
I wonder
where here is.
I wonder
where I’m
going.
I look
all around.
I look at
creation as
it is.
I can see.
I see, but
don’t
understand.
I don’t
understand
most of
what’s seen.
I don’t
understand
all of
what’s unseen.
Gods we
create to
explain and
comfort.
Gods
an invention
to get
us
through.
Gods, an
invention
to get
us to
immortality.
Then,
the
gods
will
fade
away.
