Women and Heart Attacks

Every year we dread the mammo!
But far more women die from heart disease
One in five dies from heart disease
One in thirty from breast cancer.

It's quite complex, and am MD I am not.
But check out the info online it's red hot.
Keep females alive. 
This is not jive!

Your food comes first, it's no joke
Eating bad food daily, may do us in.
It's more complex than just food
I want you around long in the poetry hood

Agrred, and the MD's still center on mammo's. They are not retrained in nutrition as a way to health. One would have to push for specific tests. I had to insist on getting my vitamin D level checked. Good thing! It was really awful. Panagiota

Women used to just get headaches, now its cancer and heart attacks. You don't need a computer to discover breast cancer arrived after women started wearing too-tight bras which deformed their ribcages and shoulders and, just like men, gained substantial weight from drinking mostly sugar water drinks. Skin cancer, which your ancestors did not get despite working out in the fields all day, is a result of "protecting your skin" so you will be a lifetime customer of the AMA. Aloha! Rico

Rico heart attacks are not well known to women. They don't realize due to multi-tasking, our bodies Can't take all the stress plus a family hoo.our arteries are thinner, also. Blood coagulates faster in a woman. Weight is an issue totally for both sexes.we know about cancer, we did not know about heart attacks tho'... It's far beyond weight.Panagiotaand the American way of health are not in agreement as far as Rx, chemo, etc.doctors think pills cure all. Not me. Pass.aporeciate your fine input. Aloha, Rico. I don't use sunscreen nor poison my lawn with Roundup, either, I am far from chubby at all. Aloha, Panagiota
