W,L
Winter Leaves.
Tossing and swirling
how golden leaves dance
as from their branches break free.
At the end of their life
they cover the ground
like a blanket under the tree.
If they stay dry
with a gust of wind fly
up,up and away.
But if it rains
and they get all wet
then on the ground they will stay.
