Without You

You were the love letter in a bottle that made it to me and has washed up on the beach.

You were the light of the moon when the sun is hiding from my tears and the sky seems dark.

Without you I am just a lost mermaid on the shore calling for the sea.

Without you I am a night sky robbed of its stars.

You were mine and without you I am nothing.
