Without Words

Here I sit consumed in thought
My mind my only friend
The walls within my room I see
Waver, twist and bend

Trapped I am, I can not leave
My health has let me down
All I had has now become
The reason for my frown

These words I write, my minds release
The sanity they control
For without words, I dare not think
My mind would not be whole
