Without a Warning

Without a warning, you can find Your life completely changed And all your daily habits More than likely rearranged. An unexpected illness, Loss of job, divorce or stroke May surprise and then accost you While your plans go up in smoke. Though we know that nothing’s certain, Still, what bothers me the most Is one minute you are coasting And the next one you are toast.

Oh so true Ilene... we have to live each day to the full as we never know what is in store for us, the ending sure made me smile as I wish to be cremated... at least I'll be going somewhere hot and ill be more roasted than toasted lol :-) hugs Jan xx

A concise and clearly conveyed description of what happens to many of us as we live our lives unaware of the ever greater possibilities for disruptions caused by disastrous occurrences....and your talent, as usual, shines through and makes even this warning of peril readable and of immediate interest.
