Within the Whispers of the Wind

Within the whispers of the wind
I hear the thunder before it begins

On the outskirts of the light
I see the limits of right

Inside the shadow of nights’ starkness
I avoid the fear of the darkness

Alongside a sip of poisonous wine
I can taste waters of life so fine

In between the words of a prickly pen
I touch upon wisdom without end

Beyond all life’s uncertainties
I have a special sense of eternity
