Within the Box

Within the Box
I'll place,
all the sadness,
along with memories made,
upon the bottom.
In goes,
the loneliness, and pain,
you left me here, to deal with.
Along will go, a broken heart,
that once loved you.
Next layer, will be
my sleepless nights,
as I lie awake,
missing you.
As my tears, silently fall,
I lay your picture,
upon the top.
Silently, I close the lid,
as each tear of tape,
seals our love forever,
within the box.
