With This Ring...

To me--you are everything
You signify more to me than this diamond ring
Because when I found you
All my hopes, prayers and dreams came true

You are everything to me
And since to Christ--you've bent your knee--we'll both be free
To be best friends for life
And with this ring--I do vow
To be your confidante, your lover--your gal--your wife--'til death do us part

With this shining band of gold
In my arms--it's you I'll always hold
And I thank God--you prayed me into His fold
And before God and man--I do vow--to be by your side--until we grow old
Because your smile, your touch, your caress has time and time again--healed this lonely
man's broken heart

For with these rings--we do vow
To always live, learn and love in the here and now
To always cherish and honour one another forever
To each other--this is what we do vow
