With my words let me break your heart
With my words tear your soul apart
With my words let me send you higher
With my words let me ignite your fire
Let my words be the patriot’s voice
Let my words be the weapon of choice
Let my words bring you to the brink
Let my words make you stop and think
With my words let me stop the rain
With my words let me ease your pain
With my words let new ideas form
With my words let me calm the storm

It would be better with double rhyming: eg: With my words let me Break your heart and tear your soul apart etc. I personally think this would improve your good poem very much. Hope it helps.
