With Euphoria
You can get carried away
with euphoria, drop
quickly to dysphoria
land
on the pavement with glass
B R E A T H E
or land
in heaven
with
a jolt
jittery the whiskers
on
a
lone
rabbit
watching you spill your guts
once
pristine
to
the point
of
fame
Whether quite sad or happy
quiet your soul
pay attention
to the road
in front of you
to the red light
N O T
the bright light
C O M P O S E yourself
don’t become indisposed
or decomposed
suppose you
tether yourself to God
in
highs
A N D
lows
