With Cats It's Secret
WITH CATS IT’S SECRET
stays on fingertips
the softness as though rubbed off
a quiet presence
the expectation
in her simple meowing
and i understand
the dog is open
not so the domestic cat
so still and secret
in that pea green boat
the owl and the pussy cat
at sea with secrets
kitty cat has been
to london to see the queen
what did he there?
