With

Without it, I'm virtually in a state of vertigo
With it, I'm lucid and vibrant, and I know when to say yes or no

Without it, I'm a naked, scared, parent-less child left in the cold rain
With it, I'm a spirited being with a world of knowledge to gain

Without it, I'm feeble and more susceptible to deadly toxins and abrasive foes
With it, I'm like a rock and my resistance can fight off the toughest blows

Without it, I tend to feel less, love less, smile less, and think less
With it, I'm loaded with hugs and kisses and my thinking is at its best

I must be wary of what goes into my mouth, ears, and heart

I must take charge, be responsible, and do my part

I must be serious and dedicated, for there is too much work to be done

I must nurture my brain, body, and heart, for there are too many battles that have not been won

Resolve, therefore, to ascertain and maintain equilibrium in life, then...

Following God's plan might be a little more enjoyable and involve less strife

This is to my health, for it is not money or material possessions but my health that is truly WEALTH
