Whilst you can add the edibles of leaves and seeds to your salad. The Wisteria tree also represent beauty, creativity, patience long life, and is the symbol of a new start in life, it also may be viewed as a symbol of longevity and endurance - in short, an awesome tree. An awesome Haiku also MLK, Google helped because I had not heard of this tree and was curious. Hugs and blessings, Jennifer.
