wise sage arrives

the wise sage from inner planetarian council landed on a Wednesday
Bringing his elixirs transmogrifying spells and magic talents our way
He landed in a boat that had been waiting for him since Tuesday night
A vessel that knew he was coming, and recognized him on sight.

The fey in the forest could feel the waves of electricity from him.
A sage who had transformed into spirit, no longer a human named Jim.
We recognized that he was a god from another dimension.
Dealing with him was a source of haphazard conversation and contention.

We are either fey or not, a soothsayer said, allaying our fears of this man.
But he is a deity now, who knows what powers and tricks he has planned?
The soothsayer struck down all the negatives and told us to man up.
Wherever he lands, he must have nutrition, and bee tea to sup.

This god was from the future, he had come to aid in our struggle for life.
He was all about goodness, and wanted to banish hardship and strife.
We soon trusted him and gave him our hopes, thoughts and dreams.
By Saturday he was finished; we all waved as he traveled downstream.
