Wisdom From Above - James 3: 17
Wisdom is a much sought commodity
many would seek it above any jewel
Solomon had it above anyone living
but didn’t always use it being a fool
The wisdom that comes down from heaven
is full of peace and indescribably pure
giving our minds clearness and focus
with a gritted determination to endure
It also has such gentleness of spirit
having a real willingness to yield
to righteousness bringing God honour
so your ailments can be divinely healed
This wisdom has the fullest mercy
producing many fruits for your good
this being truly impartial always
showing no hypocrisy clearly understood
All of this is truly God given
nothing of earth could create this
what blessing to receive such wisdom
complete in Christ this truly is
(But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be entreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy.’)
