Often to speak yet seldom to listen
Conveys the impression of lacking
Wisdom? Better to pause' between
The bouts, for the faintest whisper
She never shouts' incline your ear
Prepare your mind, refresh your soul
With her meats and wine.'

Adorable Joe. It was so clever that it almost seemed like an adage to me. The sound of one's own voice can be very comforting to some. That's awesome writing.

Beautiful joe. Loved it. Well said. Almost reads like Proverbs. Sorry I haven't been around for awhile. Am still trying to hold down my full time job ad care also for my husband who has Alzheimer's. My daughter is a big help but we are all pretty well exhausted. God Bless my friend, JB
