Winter's Interlude

Damn it's crazy when nobody's here
I think about what could've been
What would've been if I let you in
But then I remember that
You're full of it
Full of ****
Opportunities missed
Lips giving kisses to everyone but his mrs.
& you see why in December I cry
I'm all over the place
Drifting along the rim of the sky.
Confused at why
Considering time is not on my side
Cuz these laws I abide
Corrupt up my insides
Which causes my pride to override & I cry
Bleeding from inside
The peak of lust is in his eye
Just waiting for my turn to come after winter's tide
