Winter Porcelain

When the water bubble trembled All the forces of winter assembled With frosted lids they stand guard To dress the traveller in ice shard Layer by layer, inch by precious inch The round film froze with every pinch Frost dressed the globe in tiny flakes Producing a miracle for heaven sakes Winter-made porcelain on fine display Twinkling, not trembling, there to stay Glistening brightly in cold light of sun Wondrous beauty comparable to none.
