Winter Into Spring
I'm rooted in this land
And I will top the trees
Nesting with wing to the breeze
I'll travel a branched highway
In the spring, bushy tailed, feeding need
Where I'll survey blooms from seed
I will purloin the stars
So that I may outshine the sun
And give light to everyone
I will collect the tears
Of sad eyed servants
And wash them in warm currents
We are of this land
We are all one hand
We can gather joined
In unbreakable amalgamation
Bridging the boarders of every nation
And on the wings of doves
We can rid the wrath of malice
And drink from the lilies chalice
