Winter Heal

I’m the winter;
- with grey leaves,
Falling on your
eyes to chill,
Beams of sun
on snow
Bird whirling in faint glow –
‘told me to have faith,
taught me to love –
all in your hands
my love
to let spring
to come to heal.

Spring is certainly a time to heal after the winter. Spring is so refreshing and brings brightness and light into life. I just love it! Welcome to Poetry Soup and keep writing. Great job! Joseph
