Winter Doldrums Again

I am slipping into winter doldrums again, Though I know spring will soon appear I long for blue skies and flowers to remain, I am slipping into winter doldrums again Give me the joys of a warm spring rain I yearn for spring and summer all year I am slipping into winter doldrums again, Though I know spring will soon appear.

All splendid ideas! I have taken down the sheers in my living room, and I have ditched all the curtains in my house, so that it is flooded with outside light. It's helping. No one can see into my windows that I care about anyway!

Maybe make the uplifting Give me the joys of a warm spring rain the repeat line to help with those doldrums! I'm just being silly, but in my head, I read dol-drums, drums, drums... and hoped it wasn't catching :-)

I know, Paulette. I just wasn't born with an abundance of patience, and I've never learned how to develop it! Thanks for your sweet encouragement.
