Winter Bird

Lovely winter bird
Perched so high
Sing a song
For you and I

Such breathtaking music
Filling the air
How could I ignore
This song you share

Each and everyday
I come to listen
Your voice to me
Has become my addiction

Even the cold wind
Could not make me go
I wouldn't want to miss
This gift you have bestowed

Again I will come
To see you tomorrow
To hear your joyous song
That melts away my sorrows
