Winter

In the snow blanket
Under the snow and hail
There lay a little house
In the house there was a mouse
By the fire a laid little dog
In the kitchen was a cooking frog
In the bed room slept a cow
Don’t mind the sheep they just say wow

All the animals came into keep warm
And shelter from the snow storm
In the kids bed room was a bear
There they were the baby, dad and sis
Mum said don’t call your family animals
BUT I DON’T CARE!!!!

Fun little read Miriam. Such quirky imagination. Reminds me of some lyrics by the Moody Blues. Who by the way won a poetry contest for their song On the threshold of a dream. Enjoyed. :)
