Winter

Winter is when the world turns cold and white
The frozen trees are a beautiful sight

Everywhere you look you see ice and snow
You see children with sleds in tow

There they go racing down the hill
Just watching them you get a thrill

Winter is a season for fun and joy
If you listen you hear the Little Drummer Boy

Christmas trees twinkle and sparkle in windows
The Christmas Spirit continuously flows

Children see what is under the tree
What is wrapped they can't wait to see

Winter must eventually come to an end
But, have no fear, it will come again

Excellent write. Love the visual imagery in this one as you take us from line to line with exceptional rhyme and flow. Great job. Smiles from Lolita
