Winners
For Brian Strand's "Adaption" contest ... from A Heap O' Livin' by Edgar A. guest poem
entitled "Failures" - published 1916 -
'Tis better to win than lose
that we know is true.
But even when I lose
I know I still have you.
'Tis better to have a friend
than treasures in a pile.
Better not to be alone
with out your great big smile.
So come with me and take my hand,
we'll skip along the way.
And victory will be ours
each and every day.
