Window Peeks
Awaken by golden sun rays from the puffy clouded sky
Never one to let a beautiful sunrise graciously pass me by
Attentative to the detail that mesmerizes me from afar
Smile recollects memories of a cool summer night looking at a star
A dress that seems to dance to the rhythm of the breeze in the air
All to be interrupted by the silk-like strands that is her hair
Heartbeats rapidly increase with each anticipation of being discovered
Never wanting to glance away for such a sight can never be recovered
Almost to the point of infatuation when the moistness of your lips grows greater
A Day without your arrival leaves emptiness in my soul like a crater
Speech is often blurred when I try to describe such a heavenly vision
How can one explain an earthly goddess made to the point of precision
Unconceal my blinds to unveil a sight who can overpower any scene
As I cautiously peek out my window secretly I yearn to be seen
