Wilting

Pink snake in murky water 
Feminine 
Bite
scrapes face 
The voices of my children in a video
In early August 
I fear my memory is failing 
But I am so young 
Bruises riddle my knees 
Who hurt me? 
I walk through fog
Dayless daydream
Wilting
