Will You Always Love Me

You tell me you'll away's love me and I don't like to doubt, but could you answer these few questions to try and help me out?

Would you still love me if I were blind or would you look at me with different eyes?
Would you still love me if I put on some pounds or would you leave me for a more lighter gal?

Would you still love me when my hair turns gray or would your love for me fade?
Would you still love me if I wasn't so smart or would you have a change of heart?

Would you love me to the bitter end or would our love crack and bend?
Please don't think I don't believe I just need to know these things before you marry me.

You will never truly know the answer to these questions until you are married and live through challenges, to see how you both react. Best of luck, good poem. Lee
