I think most people are surprised at one time or another by a will that turned out differently than they had surmised...or hoped it would.

I know a woman who cut her son out of her will "on a whim" on a Tuesday and died that Saturday. His sister is an incredibly selfish woman and shared nothing with him even though she inherited her mother's house and $300,000 and all of the contents of the house.
